1. About Marmam FM

Marmam FM is an audio-story platform offering Tamil mystery, suspense, thriller, horror, investigation and related entertainment content.

Features may include audio streaming, favourites, offline downloads, playback history, sleep timers, notifications and other services introduced from time to time.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using Marmam FM, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Marmam FM.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use digital services in your location.

Users who have not reached the age required to enter into agreements in their jurisdiction should use Marmam FM only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

Marmam FM may introduce optional or required user accounts for features such as syncing favourites, purchases, subscriptions, downloads or listening history.

5. Licence to Use Marmam FM

Marmam FM grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the application and website for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute Marmam FM content
• Sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the service
• Record or republish audio stories without permission
• Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the application
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or download the service

6. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, Marmam FM and its licensors own or control the application, website, branding, logo, stories, scripts, narration, sound design, graphics, artwork and other content.

Access to Marmam FM does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Offline Downloads

Marmam FM may allow selected audio content to be downloaded for offline listening within the application.

Offline downloads are provided only for personal use and may be limited by availability, account status, subscription status, licensing restrictions or technical requirements.

Downloaded content may become unavailable when it is removed from the service, when access expires or when the application is uninstalled.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Marmam FM to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten or harm another person
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation
• Gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or information
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Commit fraud or misuse payment systems
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

9. Story and Content Notice

Marmam FM content may include fictional themes involving mystery, crime, suspense, horror, fear, violence or other intense situations.

Listener discretion may be advised for certain stories. Content descriptions or age guidance may be displayed where appropriate.

Fictional stories are created for entertainment and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

10. Purchases and Subscriptions

Marmam FM may introduce paid subscriptions, premium episodes, advertising-free access or other digital purchases.

Prices, billing periods, included benefits and renewal information will be displayed before a purchase is completed.

Purchases made through an app store may also be subject to the app store’s payment, cancellation and refund rules.

Any paid features will be added to these Terms before they are made available publicly.

11. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Marmam FM may display advertising or use third-party services for hosting, analytics, notifications, crash reporting, payments, customer support or other operational purposes.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Marmam FM is not responsible for third-party websites, products or services outside our control.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep Marmam FM available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.

Marmam FM may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to the Service

Marmam FM may add, modify, remove or discontinue features, content or services when reasonably necessary.

Availability of particular stories may change because of licensing, editorial, legal or operational reasons.

14. Suspension and Termination

Marmam FM may restrict, suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, creates security risks or causes harm to Marmam FM or other users.

Where user accounts are available, users may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page or available in-app controls.

15. Disclaimer

Marmam FM is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marmam FM and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting from use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Information relating to privacy, permissions and data processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when Marmam FM introduces new features, payment services, subscriptions, service providers or legal requirements.

The updated effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms will be interpreted under the applicable laws governing the operator of Marmam FM and the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the user.
