Account Deletion

Request deletion of your account and associated information.

This page explains how users can request deletion of a Marmam FM account and information associated with that account.

Current App Status

Marmam FM is currently under development. User-account features may not yet be available in the public version of the application.

If account registration is introduced, users will also receive an account-deletion option inside the Marmam FM application.

To request deletion of your Marmam FM account, follow these steps:

Send an email from the email address connected to your Marmam FM account.
Use the subject line: Delete My Marmam FM Account.
Include your registered email address and account name, if applicable.
Do not include your password, payment information or other sensitive credentials.

The support email will become active after the Marmam FM domain and business mailbox are configured.

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting the account.

Verification may include confirming access to the registered email address or requesting limited account information.

Marmam FM will never ask you to provide your account password through email.

You can remove locally stored information by deleting downloads, clearing Marmam FM app storage or uninstalling the application.

Certain limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose and handled according to applicable requirements.

Deleting a Marmam FM account may not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or another app store.

Users should separately manage or cancel app-store subscriptions through their app-store account settings.

Marmam FM will aim to review verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

The user may receive a confirmation message when the request has been completed or if additional verification is required.
