How to request account deletion

Send an email from the email address registered with your Marmam FM account to support@aaziro.com with the subject Delete My Marmam FM Account.

Include only:

• Your registered email address
• Your account or profile name, if applicable

Do not send your password, OTP, authentication code, or other sensitive credentials.

Verification and processing

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting the account.

We may confirm access to the registered email address or request limited account information before processing the request.

We may contact you if further verification is needed. Do not send credentials by email.

What will be deleted

Once a verified request is processed, deletion covers the Marmam FM authentication account and its user profile. Depending on the data held for your account, this may include:

• Registered email address and authentication record
• Profile name, phone number or photo, if provided
• Account-linked language preference and other profile information
• Other personal data directly linked to the account, where applicable

Information stored on your device

Some information is stored on your phone or tablet rather than synchronised with your account. This may include:

• Downloaded episodes
• Saved favourites and playback progress
• Local app and notification preferences

Account deletion does not necessarily remove files or settings from your device. You can remove them by deleting downloads, clearing Marmam FM app storage or uninstalling the application.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or regulatory obligations. Any retained information will be kept only for the period required for those purposes.
